Particularly those organizations dealing with customers face-to-face are generally more successful if they train their staff to use these skills. Screening or training for personal habits or traits such as dependability and conscientiousness can yield significant return on investment for an organization.[2] For this reason, soft skills are increasingly sought out by employers in addition to standard qualifications.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial;color: #666666\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;color: #666666\">\u4e00 \u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u201c\u8f6f\u6280\u80fd\uff08\u60c5\u5546\uff09\u201d\u53ef\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u6210\u529f\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u6d89\u53ca\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u57f9\u8bad\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6280 \u80fd\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u90fd\u80fd\u591f\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6210\u529f\u3002\u5bf9\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e60\u60ef\u6216\u4e2a\u6027\u5982\u201c\u4e92\u8d56\u201d\uff08\u6ce8\uff1a\u300a\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u4e03\u4e2a\u4e60\u60ef\u300b\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u201c\u4e92\u8d56\u201d\u662f\u6bd4\u201c\u72ec\u7acb\u201d\u66f4\u9ad8\u5c42\u7684\u4e60\u60ef\uff09\u548c\u201c\u81ea\u89c9\u201d \u7b49\u8fdb\u884c\u7b5b\u9009\u548c\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ea7\u751f\u663e\u8457\u7684\u56de\u62a5\u3002\u6b63\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u201c\u8f6f\u6280\u80fd\u201d\u65e5\u76ca\u6210\u4e3a\u5404\u7c7b\u96c7\u4e3b\u9664\u201c\u6807\u51c6\u4efb\u804c\u8d44\u683c\u201d\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9\u5458\u5de5\u6280\u80fd\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It has been suggested that in a number of professions soft skills may be more important over the long term than occupational skills.
