本周在上海出差。拜访客户，准备一个Facilitation Skills的工作坊。这个工作坊2024年曾在客户的研发部门做过一期，效果很好，于是有更多人想掌握这些技能，所以有了这新的一期。
对于项目的准备工作，虽然有些新的要求，加上两年来，这个团队的大多数人都参加过我的思辨力课程，也需要结合其中的内容，把两次学习“串联起来”，但总体来说，还都是我的“常规”工作。
倒是几次对客户的拜访，让我有很多感触。
